About the Treat4Life:

Treat4Life AB is a life science spin-off company from Lund University operating in Sweden. The company focus on translational cancer research, particularly targeting malignant melanoma (skin cancer). Treat4Life plays a central role in the consortium’s biobanking, data management, and outreach activities, driving progress toward advancing personalized medicine for melanoma. The company has a lead on managing and coordinating clinical studies in Europe. In addition, manages histology and tissue characterizations, as well as blood and tissue analyses, while overseeing clinical studies to ensure proper sample handling and analysis. Treat4Life also supports the integration and management of biobank patient samples with spatial omics data to enable deeper insights. In addition, the company actively disseminates research findings and engages with stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community in order to maximize the project’s impact.

Role within Consortium:

Henriett Oskolas leads Work Package 1 (WP1 – Biobank and spatial omics data managementand and Work Package 7 (WP7 – Project Management and Outreach).

Task Description:

  • WP1: Henriett Oskolas will manage and optimize biobank patient samples and spatial omics data, ensuring maximum integrity and alignment with big data generated within our dedicated database for enhanced analysis.
  • WP7: The main task for Treat4Life in WP7 (Project Management, Dissemination, and Outreach) is to contribute to the societal outreach. Disseminating and communicating project progress within the consortium and at local, European, and international levels.
